[Dprglist] Odometry Calculations

Seems like maybe the best bet at this point is for Doug (or whoever does 
that) to edit the description to say something like

"David offers the following correction for the code described on slide 
so-and-so at such-and-such time in the video:

     left_inches = read_left_encoder() / LEFT_CLICKS_PER_INCH

     right_inches = read_right_encoder() / RIGHT_CLICKS_PER_INCH

where read left and right encoder return the derivative of the 
accumulated encoder counts, i.e., the number of counts since the last read."

Doug I can send you such a text if that would be copasetic.
