[Dprglist] RBNV Addenda

I'll second David's sentiments about what a great RBNV that was - good job
to all the gold-star winners! I also want to thank Doug & David for
drilling down deeply into how David's motion control works. I had not
previously appreciated how the slew rate factored into how sharp a turn
would be, nor that different behaviors slew at different rates as well as
deliver different requested speeds and s0eed-deltas for turns, all of which
combine to produce quite varying turning behaviors.
