[Dprglist] DPRG: COVID-19 update- RBNO for Tuesday 17 March and 24 March

I'd be very interested in virtualized meetings, using either Webex or Zoom.  Since the FIRST Robotics Competition season got cancelled I'm finding myself with a bit more time on my hands.
