Thanks Karim for the fairly detailed succinct :-) answer. Really appreciate
it.
I have downloaded your notes, but have yet to read it.

As a person who plans to take my rover outdoors,and I plan to have internet
access on my rover, it seems I should
connect to a NTRIP server at rtk2go.com (I live in Allen, TX) and by doing
so, I can get higher accuracy.
