You did have a lot of echo going on when your microphone was active. When
using different devices for mic and open speakers, you gotta get your noise
cancellation just right - and that varies a lot from one environment/system
to another. You can't rely on Google Meet to handle that.
The most assured way to eliminate feedback is to use a headset for your
speaker output.
