[Dprglist] SRS contest

I'm like David not a Windows user. I dug around and found one download site
that required a Microsoft login (don't have, don't want to be tracked) but
did find one that permitted me to download a DEB or RPM package:

   https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app#desktopAppDownloadregion

This can then be installed on a Debian (e.g., Ubuntu) system via:

   % sudo dpkg -i teams_1.3.00.30857_amd64.deb
