Just me talking in unofficial capacity as simulation author 

1. I would say no, but simulation needs to complete in reasonable time. say 5 mins. 
2. Robot has no size, but it does have access to about 12.5 x 12.5 inch area surrounding center3. Same as far as I know4. Run to completion then time AFAIK
