[Dprglist] Circuit Breakers

Wow, thanks Dave. Good to notice that, as while I could try to use a lower
amperage (maybe 5A) that's still a very long time. Maybe I'll settle for a
fast blow 10A fuse, which would actually be better since I'm unlike to get
near 10A absent a real failure or short. I could still use those automotive
fuse sockets for convenience' sake.
