Oh there will be a court case.  I wonder if this is the argument that 
they are going to make?  It does seem to go against the many claims we 
have been inundated with that self-driving cars are in fact safer than 
human drivers.  Now the defense is that they are not worse?    Slippery, 
meet Slope.
