<p>This looks like an interesting robot. It has a UART to allow
control from Arduino, Pi, etc. I signed up for one and the
hackathon with the idea of using an Up Board, which is more
powerful than Pis, and getting ROS to control it. <br>
</p>
<p>Like the Donkey Cars this could be a good base for standard
competitions of some kind. <br>
