also having a pre-hackathon event at the DMS on Nov. 17th (time is unclear, I
will find out details). I know that several members are interested in IoT. The
AT&T representative, Ed Donavan, specifically invited DPRG members to
participate. She, thought that club members would find the <A title=Mechatronics
style='href: "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mechatronics"' target=_blank><FONT
style='face: "Times' New roman?>Mechatronics</FONT></A><FONT
style='face: "Times' New roman?> category of particular interest<STRONG>.
</STRONG>I would love to see a team of DPRg’ers </FONT>take advantage of this
opportunity.</DIV>

<DIV> I have never participated in a Hackathon, it sounds like
fun. Unfortunately, the event conflicts with with the club’s RoboColumbus
event on Nov 19th. <BR><BR> However if you are not
participating in RoboColumbus, this would a great way to spend an interesting
Saturday. Let’s have some members join together and form a team. Please contact
me if you are interested, I will act as a temporary focus. Who knows you might
even win. The Hackathon has 2 sessions: Friday, Nov 18th (6-9 PM) and Saturday,
Nov19th (9:30 AM - ~9 PM).</DIV>
