[Dprglist] New ArduCam product

ArduCam has just released a new camera / AI accelerator product for use
with Rpi. It is intended for the Rpi5 but is backwards compatible. The new
product is called the PiNSIGHT. It has a 12 Mp camera and a movidius chip
built in. The product is attached to the underside of the Rpi.

The cool thing is they are now offering a $30 discount on pre-orders with
the current price being $69.99. ArduCam's standard shipping is $10. The
offer is supposed to last through February.

This is an exciting product at about half the cost of an OAK-D-Lite.
