[Dprglist] Special off-cycle meeting - code walkthrough of Jon Hylands' Universal Robot Configurer

DPRG folk,

The purpose of this email is to make those interested in member Jon
Hylands' Universal Robot Configurer (URC) aware of a special meeting about
it.

At last RBNV, Jon kindly offered to do a code walk-through of his Universal
Robot Configurer (URC) this Saturday. Anticipated meeting length is a
couple of hours. Several of us are interested in adapting Jon's system to
replace the LCD and buttons often found on our own robots, the purpose of
which is to configure the robot's mission and parameters. There's a thread
in the #meeting channel of the DPRG discord chat server for setting up a
meeting time, so head on over there to put in your meeting-time

This is an in-depth code walkthrough so it is assumed attendees are
familiar with the purpose of the system and the overall hardware
architecture. I put links in the discord thread to get you up to speed if
you haven't seen/heard about this system before. There's also a thread,
