[Dprglist] Robot eyes

Someone was building a set of eyeballs with a face tracker for an
animatronic device for halloween last year, and it was totally cool. Here's
a video that goes further down the path of robots that "feel alive" - a
total hack of many different parts to make a robotic personality with face
tracking, a CRT mouth, and Alexa for a voice. If you have 20 minutes to
watch a nice build, the presenter has an engaging style.
