[Dprglist] Any recommendation / favorite 3A buck converter for an RPi4?

I need an adjustable buck converter to produce 3A @ 5.1V from a 28V battery for an RPi4. (The golf-cart 24V->5V converter I put in Mowbot doesn't produce quite enough volts and I keep getting low voltage / performance throttled warnings from the RPi.) I see Amazon has a bunch of vendors selling LM2596-based converters. Do they work well? Any advice from those with experience is welcome.
