[Dprglist] FYI: Robot Operating System 2 for Self-Driving Cars

I met Joe Speed who is featured last year at the Indy Autonomous Challenge
last year.  All the autonomous Indy cars run ROS.  I was super excited to
see those cars in person last year.   It's why I'm now working on a F1TENTH
Rover.  😃
