Here in New Zealand we have a problem with our crickets: to paraphrase
Martin Brody, "you're going to need a bigger car:"
Wētā
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W%C4%93t%C4%81
and even:
Giant wētā
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giant_w%C4%93t%C4%81
Not pretty things.
I know where I want them to go, but the bigger question is where do bugs
themselves want to go? I guess this gives us a way to find out, but I
submit that some kind of burrowing robotic machine would be preferred,
not a terrestrial car. A cockroach-driven car might drive to McDonalds.

In the evening
The rice leaves in the garden
Rustle in the autumn wind
That blows through my reed hut.
