Hi Ron,
Yes, there would be I believe a general interest in having an accessory
board for the Nucleo-64.

I've recently been introduced to EasyEDA, which is the free design package
that directly integrates with the parts available from JLCPCB, such that
you can create a design and send it directly to the fab for manufacture.
EasyEDA can import KiCAD and Eagle files so that's probably the easiest
approach.

I don't know but would imagine from what I've heard that going with JCCPCB
would be very much cheaper. I'm currently playing around with a power
distribution board which I expect won't cost much at all.
