New DPRG Challenges!

   - make a robot that outlines DPRG contests on the floor
   - have it working by the time we're able to meet in person again

Baby Steps: start "easy" and mark the 'quick trip', Donkey Car and easier
line-following courses.

Full-On Real Deal: lay down the challenge line follower course ;-)
