The tricycle or 2WD version is $32. It has the basics - metal motors, tires, wheels, encoders, mounting brackets, and metal?? plate. I asked what the encoder count is but have not gotten a response back yet. I thought we could use it as an upgrade to a plastic motor wobbly wheel platform. If anyone has found the equivalent for less please broadcast it to the group.
