[Dprglist] DPRG Robot Rules

I’m looking for the DPRG Robot Rules, but I haven't been able to find them on the website.

I remember one of the rules had to do with having an emergency stop button mounted on the top of the robot.

Could someone send me a link or list of the rules, please?
