[Dprglist] Sphero RVR Tank Robot

This looks like an interesting robot. It has a UART to allow control 
from Arduino, Pi, etc. I signed up for one and the hackathon with the 
idea of using an Up Board, which is more powerful than Pis, and getting 
ROS to control it.

Like the Donkey Cars this could be a good base for standard competitions 
of some kind.
