[Dprglist] Upcoming DPRG contest reminder

Attached is a image with the official GPS way-points for the Outdoor
contest.

Start      :  Start  33°14'34.85"N  97° 6'30.62"W
Cone 2  :  33°14'33.90"N  97° 6'34.08"W
Cone 3  :  33°14'34.02"N  97° 6'29.82"W

Extra 1  :  33°14'32.47"N  97° 6'33.59"W
Extra 2  :  33°14'36.06"N  97° 6'29.76"W

There are two additional way-points that we will use as a post-contest
challenge for anyone that would like to try a slightly more difficult
course.
