[Dprglist] DPRG mail list archive search issue

Murray,
        Dave Ackley's original message doesn't show up in the archive
search because Dave didn't actually send it to the list. Looking at the
message, his  'DPRGlist' mailing address is wrong. So I think the archive
search issue is solved.
